A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Madison County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy policy controls its receipt and handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details as needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
